Don't you always hate it when you get directions but they're not quite right and you end up miles off course? ..We have all been there. At Community Baptist we want you to be able to get to our church as easily as possible and we hope the information below helps you to achieve this. If we have missed anything out then feel free to contact us.
IN THE CAR

If you're local then we won't labour the point. If you are travelling from the Whitefield area, please turn left at the M&S Simply Food store (Fairfax Road) in the centre of Prestwich and then take the first right onto Rectory Lane. The free public car park for the Longfield Centre is situated on the right hand side. Once you have parked there is signage for the centre. If you walk through the short tunnel you will see the entrance to the Longfield Suite.

Prestwich is ideally positioned for the M60 (Junction 17). So if you are travelling from further afield please get off the M60 at J17 and at the top of ramp follow signs for the A56, Prestwich/Manchester. Turn left at the M&S Simply Food store and follow the instructions above. If you need any further information then we suggest clicking on the map below. ON THE BUS

The Longfield Suite is situated close to Bury New Road (A56) and based on the latest information from the GMPTE website, has the following bus services, the 93,95,96,98, X40, X41 and X43. There are bus stops on Bury New Road opposite the Longfield Centre/Prestwich Precinct and the actual Longfield Suite is just a short walk away. We would suggest you check with GMPTE (please see the link below) or the relevant bus operators before travelling.
ON THE TRAM

Now I know our trams are not this colourful but bear with us!

The Longfield Suite and Prestwich Precinct are really well positioned to take advantage of the Metrolink service. When you disembark from Prestwich Metrolink Station you will need to walk directly across the small Metrolink car park, then over Rectory Lane and finally over the Longfield Centre car park. The entrance to the Longfield Suite is through the short tunnel leading to the precinct.
ON FOOT

Whether you're a jogger or a stroller it's all pretty much the same. Take a look at the map (as per the link below) and this will give you a better idea of the general area.
